A Changemaker for Female Perspectives.

As women, our cyclical nature gifts us with the opportunity to experience our human condition fully.  Although this is not how our culture, society, or let’s face it, ourselves as women see it. We mostly reject, avoid and may even feel some shame about our experiences. How do we change these views and become empowered with our female perspectives?

Hi, I’m Elaine Rose Leela. I’ve worked in the construction industry and within Education for over 20 years. Working in a male dominated field I became disconnected from the natural differences of my female needs. In my thirties I rediscovered what these needs were, and set about to prioritize them.

Fully qualified with over 20 years of teaching & learning, facilitation and therapeutic experience. I retrained and now specialise working with the Emotional and Interpersonal aspects of the Menstrual Cycle.

Working with me.

From trauma to transformation.

Studying and practicing eastern and western philosophy and psychology, and applying what I have learnt, has led me to my own healing and transformational journey.

My own experience has been learning about the emotional and psychological aspects of the menstrual cycle. This has led to recovering from being a people pleaser. I’ve begun to re-story beliefs about who I am and my belonging in the world as a woman. Tracking and listening to the intelligence of my cycle for over a decade, I’m now moving through peri-menopause.  My ongoing self-inquiry, lifelong learning and integrated perspectives, enables me to be a guide on your path.
